Erin presents afternoons 3-6 on LASER558 from Monday to Friday, and late mornings 9-12 on Saturday and Sunday. In a tribute to Charlie Wolf, Erin brings us the Fever Pitch 5 at 5 every weekday where you might just hear the Sea Wolf himself!
Erin Kelly joined Laser-558 on February 14, 1985. Starting her radio career at the age of 14, Erin has worked at a number of stations across the US, including working for Sam Phillips – DJ, record producer, and founder of the legendary Sun Records who discovered and first recorded Roy Orbison, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and, of course, Elvis Presley.
Erin is a skilled photographer and an amateur poet. She was also known as one of the “Laserettes,” a moniker she created for herself, Chris Carson, and Liz West. On August 31, 1985, Erin concluded her tenure at Laser, having spent a continuous fifteen weeks onboard Laser. Unfortunately, when she finally took a vacation, the station closed down before she could get back. She returned to America in April 1986, after travelling around Europe, to continue her radio career.
Erin now works as a voice-over artist and is the voice of OTIS Talking Elevators in the US. Her clients include Harley Davidson, BMW, Finast Supermarkets, and tons more.
